1. Sponsorship Declaration. (Notary)
2. Bank Statements of last 6 months.
3. Salary slips of last 6 months / Tax Papers (last 3 years) P-60.
4. Passport Xerox (copy of arrival – departure to India of last 2 years).
5. Proof of Accommodation / Tenancy Agreement.
6. Gas Bill / Water Bill / Council Tax. (if any)
7. Invitation Letter for Accommodation.

❖ Investment proof (FD, NSC, PPF, LIC, Bonds, MF, Demat statement etc)
❖ Property Papers with valuation report or CA certificate
(Residential/Commercial)
❖ Affidavit for name change if any (Gazette copy or newspaper cutting)

Salaried (Additional documents)

❖ Salary slips for last 6 months
❖ Form 16 last 3 years
❖ Leave sanction letter specifying leave duration and signed by
authorized signatory
❖ NOC from employer

Businessmen (Additional documents)

❖ Memorandum & Articles of Association (Company owner)
❖ Partnership Deed (Partner of firm)
❖ Proprietor proof – SALES TAX / VAT / GST / Municipal Registration, etc.

Farmer ( Additional documements)

Form No 7/12a & Form No 8A
❖Income Proof on Panchayat Letter Head with the sign & stamp of Talati OR Income certificate issued from Government, Crop Bill

Honeymoon couple (Additional Documents)

❖ NOC from brides’ parents (Format enclosed) along with Signature proof.
❖ Marriage certificate / wedding card / wedding photographs

Unaccompanied Minor (Additional documents)

❖ Financial documents of Parents/Sponsor
❖ NOC from parents (Format enclosed) along with Signature proof.
❖ Passport copies of parents

Retired Person (Additional documents)

❖ Retirement letter / pension proof
❖Bank statement of Pension (if pensioner )

Others: (If required)

❖Death certificate of Husband / Wife (Widow traveller)
❖Sponsorship letter (As applicable)
❖Divorced (Decree/Petition/Child custody Proof)

All above mentioned documents should be Original with 1 set of Xerox Copy on A4 Size.
All the Gujarati papers should be translated into English & Notarized.
